3. Privacy Commitment
CryptoMix does not store any personal data. We do not require KYC, track users, or keep access logs. All transactions are processed securely and anonymously on supported blockchains.
4. Referral Abuse
Important: To maintain fairness, users must not create self-referrals or simulate referrals to themselves in order to earn bonuses. If such behavior is detected, associated payments may be withheld, and referral privileges may be revoked.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use CryptoMix for any unlawful or disruptive purpose, including but not limited to:
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or attempting unauthorized access
- Disrupting service availability through automated abuse (e.g. bots, scripts)
- Sending spam, phishing attempts, or misleading content
- Manipulating services to obscure criminal proceeds
- Impersonating others or submitting fraudulent information
6. Network Risks
Transactions on public blockchains are final and irreversible. We cannot retrieve funds sent to incorrect or unsupported addresses. Network delays or failures are outside of our control.
7. Wallet Responsibility
We do not store or manage private keys. It is your responsibility to ensure that wallet addresses entered into the system are correct and under your control.
8. Tax Obligations
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any local tax obligations related to the use of cryptocurrency. We do not provide tax reporting or advice.
9. Geographic Restrictions
Our services are not intended for use in regions where privacy-focused crypto tools are restricted or illegal. If you access the service from such jurisdictions, you do so at your own legal discretion.
